Job Description Summary Job Description As a Commodity Operations Leader you will support the Composites commodity to drive the achievement of business outcomes through strong operating rhythms, deployment of lean tools and continuous improvement of processes. Requires high “say do ratio” as well as the ability to process and analyze data and stakeholder feedback to support business decisions. The Operations Leader will work to build a network and connectivity across the commodity and also across the sourcing organization - including the commodity’s quality, delivery (SP&E), compliance, commercial operations, and finance partners. This role may serve as Chief of Staff for the Commodity Leader.
