Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce-related positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
- Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).

Overview Execute recruitment and staffing strategies for assigned departments and/or campuses with special emphasis on well qualified and diverse pool of candidates, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.
