• Architecture & modernization: Designing, developing and scaling our core systems (C#/.NET, MS SQL) toward resilient, containerized services on Linux/Kubernetes. • Targeted reduction of internal technical complexity and strengthening of stability, resilience and maintainability. • Technical support for Product Managers in discovery and prioritization processes. • Expansion and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps). • Increasing development velocity (time-to-market). • Establishing AI/LLM-supported development practices in day-to-day engineering. • Active knowledge building and responsibility for team-wide accessibility of knowledge. • Building structured, clear, and up-to-date process and system documentation. • Line management and coaching of developers.

Job Requirements

  • Innovative drive and technological foresight.
  • Experience integrating new technologies and digital solutions to strengthen processes and competitiveness.
  • Solid understanding of the opportunities and limitations of AI in a corporate context.
  • Several years of experience in C#/.NET or comparable languages, and in technical leadership of developers.
  • Confident experience with scalable database systems (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and modern backend architectures.
  • Ideally experience with Angular (v15+) and RabbitMQ.
  • Practical experience with Docker/Kubernetes, fully automated deployments and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform).
  • Routine with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automated tests (unit and system tests).
  • High quality standards without a quick-fix mentality — pragmatic with a holistic product understanding.
  • Product-oriented working style and the ability to translate discovery outcomes into clear, structured technical solutions.
  • Open, clear and inspiring leadership — especially during periods of change.
  • English at least C1, German at least B2.
