Full Stack Engineer – B2B Platform

Frontera

• Build, maintain, and improve backend services, APIs, and data models that power clinician workflows and reporting. • Collaborate with front-end engineers to integrate backend functionality into dashboards, reporting tools, and other clinical applications. • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of data-driven systems. • Participate in system architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. • Debug and troubleshoot issues across backend services and pipelines. • Partner with product and design to translate clinical requirements into technical solutions. • Stay up to date with modern software engineering practices across both frontend and backend development.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong skills in Python, Node.js, or similar backend technologies.
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, and API design.
  • Comfortable owning features end-to-end: database design, backend logic, and API integrations.
  • Experience building production-grade, data-driven applications.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to code quality, maintainability, and documentation.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments with greenfield projects.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or internal tools is a plus.
  • Healthcare or regulated environment experience is a bonus, but not required.
