Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer in the Attribute Enrichment team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core customer experience in our dashboards to understand and manage enriched product metadata. Your focus will be on: - Supporting the Attributes Dashboard - Building intuitive front-end experiences - Evolving our UI architecture - Contributing to the systems powering attribute visibility across Search, Browse, and downstream merchant tooling Your work will directly influence how customers explore, validate, and interact with enriched attributes, making complex ML outputs clear, trustworthy, and actionable. • Build platforms that scale: Design and operate foundational infrastructure—Kubernetes clusters, Kafka streaming platforms, Spark batch processing, observability systems—that handle billions of events and enable Metronome to grow with minimal friction. • Enable product velocity: Create golden paths, abstractions, and tooling that let engineers ship faster and more reliably without becoming infrastructure experts themselves. • Enable reliability as the product: Take accountability for system uptime, performance, and correctness. Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems that enable the entire team catch problems before customers notice. • Drive technical direction: Shape Metronome's infrastructure strategy, make platform-level architectural decisions, and mentor engineers across the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web features for US and EU market websites • Build and integrate React-based front-end components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness • Implement and manage content delivery pipelines using Contentful CMS, including content modeling, API integrations, and localized content management for multiple regional markets • Develop and optimize server-side rendered (SSR) pages using Next.js to ensure fast load times, strong SEO performance, and scalable architecture • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design specs into polished, production-ready web experiences • Support multi-region content strategies, including multi-language and multi-locale configurations within Contentful • Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile ceremonies • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page performance, and cross-browser compatibility • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner • Document technical implementations, component libraries, and integration workflows

• Design, develop, and support clinical trial software with emphasis on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data • Review product requirements and verify that all requirements can be implemented • Assist with the creation of technical design and implementation documentation • Design and code software applications and fix defects • Provide unit testing coverage for delivered code • Work with others to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code • Manage software deployment into all environments and complete all required documentation • Assist support team with troubleshooting and resolution of production issues • Manage a group of developers • Oversee and coordinate all development tasks of the group • Serve as main point of contact for all development-related requests and questions for the group • Provide continued mentorship and support for group members • Work with the group to provide task estimates • Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work • Perform other related duties as required
