• Build, maintain, and improve backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power integrations with external partners and internal systems. • Design and implement scalable, reliable integration patterns for third-party APIs and data exchange. • Ensure the performance, reliability, and accuracy of data flowing across systems. • Debug and troubleshoot issues across distributed systems, integrations, and data pipelines. • Partner with product, operations, and engineering to translate integration requirements into technical solutions. • Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing. • Contribute to improving developer experience through better tooling, documentation, and integration workflows. • Support monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. • Build and optimize data pipelines to ingest, store, and serve large-scale datasets, including video and ML training data. • Own and evolve the foundational data model that powers the entire Frontera platform. • Balance rapid development of MVPs and POCs for user research with building robust, long-term backend foundations. • Integrate third-party tools and services to enhance platform functionality. • Collaborate closely with engineers, machine learning scientists, and clinicians to align platform capabilities with user needs.

• Lead the design and development of our integrations platform, including APIs, data pipelines, and third-party system integrations (e.g., EHRs, partner systems, internal services). • Drive the architecture and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable integration systems. Establish best practices for API design, data modeling, and system interoperability. • Partner closely with product, design, operations, and external stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical solutions. Collaborate across US and India-based engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution. • Own the performance, monitoring, and reliability of integration systems. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and failure points. • Improve the experience for both internal teams and external partners by building intuitive, well-documented, and reliable integration workflows and tooling. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while setting standards for the team. Contribute directly to critical parts of the system. • Mentor engineers and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment. Prepare to transition into a full-time Engineering Manager role within 6–9 months. • Stay current with best practices in distributed systems, APIs, and data integration. Continuously improve system scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Administer and maintain our CRM including objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, permissions, and reporting structures • Configure and maintain lifecycle models across: Enterprise B2B pipeline, Partner and referral driven opportunities, and Direct to parent enrollment journeys • Define and enforce stage criteria to reduce pipeline stalling and ambiguity • Maintain routing logic that supports clear ownership across SDRs, AEs, Partnerships, and CS teams • Administer and integrate systems across a modern AI native GTM stack including: CRM platform (Hubspot; Salesforce), Clay for enrichment, outbound intelligence, and workflow automation, Sales engagement platforms, Marketing automation systems, Call intelligence tools, Data enrichment providers, Attribution and analytics platforms • Ensure clean data flow between systems and eliminate manual reconciliation • Maintain documentation of system architecture and integrations • Maintain accurate lead source and channel attribution across inbound, outbound, partner, and community channels • Ensure marketing to sales handoffs are measurable and clean • Identify and resolve lifecycle and attribution errors that distort reporting • Support clear funnel visibility across both B2B and Direct to Parent motions • Build and maintain dashboards for Pipeline health and velocity, Conversion rates across enterprise and Direct to Parent funnels, Partner sourced contribution, Forecast accuracy, Reduce spreadsheet dependency across leadership, Support forecasting models and quota visibility • Build automation that reduces manual data entry and hygiene burden • Implement validation guardrails to improve data integrity • Streamline handoffs between Marketing, SDR, AE, Partnerships, and Enrollment • Support outbound automation logic and enrichment workflows within Clay • Document workflows to support onboarding and scale • Partner closely with Leadership team, Growth and Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, Partnerships, Product

Role Overview We are looking for a clinically-minded professional to join our Clinical Product team as a Clinical Product Specialist. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technology and the ABA organizations we serve - helping new clients get up and running by translating their existing clinical workflows and templates into our platform. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that offers real exposure to product development and opportunities for growth within the Clinical Product team. If you have a background in ABA services, a passion for improving clinical tools, and an interest in how technology can support better outcomes for individuals with autism - this role is for you. What You’ll Do Client Onboarding & Customization - Partner with organizations during onboarding to understand their existing clinical workflows, documentation standards, templates, and how to best map our technology solutions to these processes to unlock value - Recreate client templates — including assessments, goal banks, data sheets, and authorization documentation — within our platform - Serve as a clinical subject matter expert during the onboarding process, ensuring configurations accurately reflect real-world ABA practice Platform Expertise - Develop deep working knowledge of our B2B products including assessment builder, reassessment, diagnosis builder, and QA, becoming a go-to clinical resource for all products - Support clinical tasks across these products, including content configuration, workflow setup, prompting, and clinical QA - Stay current on product updates and new features, maintaining expertise as the platform evolves Clinical Content & Assessment Support - Support the adoption and integration of new clinical assessments into the platform - Review and quality-check clinical content for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and alignment with best practices in ABA and autism services - Support simple prompt engineering tasks to improve AI-assisted features within the platform - Receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop this skill over time, with opportunity to take on more complex prompt engineering projects as you grow in the role Customer Support Partnership - Collaborate with the Customer Support team to triage incoming support tickets and requests from clinical users - Resolve clinically-oriented requests when appropriate and escalate issues when additional support is required What We're Looking For Who You Are You are a clinician who gets excited by technology rather than intimidated by it. Required - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Direct experience working in ABA services or autism services settings - Strong working knowledge of ABA clinical documentation, including initial authorizations, insurance reauthorizations, assessments, and goal setting - Systems thinker with a collaborative approach to cross-functional problem-solving and process improvement - Strong attention to detail and comfort working with software and technology - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Preferred - Experience working with practice management, EHR, or ABA-specific software platforms - Exposure to AI tools or interest in learning prompt engineering concepts We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
