Job Description

Regional Talent Acquisition Manager – Sales

EXANTE

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior sales roles — institutional, UHNWI-facing, prime brokerage, and family office coverage. • Proactively source candidates through your personal network across the brokerage, institutional sales, and private banking / wealth management sectors. • Qualify candidates on the strength of their client relationships and track record — not just their CV. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate quality standards against live market benchmarks. • Guide candidates through the full recruitment process: outreach, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and close. • Provide talent market intelligence and pipeline reporting to the Leader of Sales Talent Acquisition Team, grounded in real market knowledge, not search activity metrics. • Support employer branding in assigned regions, building EXANTE’s visibility within the senior capital markets community. • Conduct thorough reference checks, drawing on your network where appropriate to validate candidate reputation. • Operate efficiently within our internal systems: BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Job Requirements

  • A genuine personal network within the capital markets sales community across brokerage, institutional, prime, and / or wealth management - built through direct industry experience or sustained, specialist recruitment.
  • A track record of placing senior capital markets sales professionals: you can speak to specific hires, their backgrounds, and why they moved.
  • A recruitment practice that is predominantly network-led at the senior level, rather than dependent on active search or job board response.
  • 5+ years of focused experience within the capital markets recruitment ecosystem, with demonstrable depth in one or more segments.
  • 5+ years in executive search, headhunting, or in-house talent acquisition with a mandate centred on senior financial markets sales hiring.
  • Direct experience attracting UHNWI-facing, institutional, or prime brokerage sales professionals, not broad-based fintech hiring.
  • Strong commercial understanding of what defines a high-value senior sales hire: client portability, relationship tenure, and revenue or AUM track record.
  • Fluent English plus at least one additional language; multilingual capability is a strong advantage given our 70+ country footprint.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management - comfortable working directly with CROs, desk heads, and regional sales directors.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Corporate benefits (choose your preferred options)
  • Truly inspiring culture, pleasant and informal work environment
  • Ongoing education & training programs
  • Opportunity to network and connect at Corporate Events
  • Global career opportunities
