Job Description
Business Development Specialist
HKR
• Hunt for new business across luxury retail, real estate, and fintech, turning skeptical prospects into long-term partners who trust our compliance magic. • Manage the full outbound cycle - from the first "hello" to the final handshake—positioning our crypto escrow and wallet screening as the ultimate "sleep-well-at-night" solutions. • Pitch like a pro to luxury dealers and private banks, explaining how we make high-value crypto transactions safe, simple, and totally legit. • Map out the elite ecosystems of Switzerland, the EU, and the UAE to find UHNW individuals and firms that need our specialized AML frameworks. • Build a legendary network of lawyers, advisors, and influencers in the high-net-worth space to keep the referral pipeline flowing. • Stay ahead of the curve on crypto trends and regulations, acting as the bridge between our tech-savvy operations and our high-end clientele.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of skin in the game in sales or business development, ideally coming from a background in private banking, asset management, or high-end brokerage.
- You’re a "trust-builder": you know how to sell complex, consultative solutions to C-level execs and UHNW individuals without breaking a sweat.
- Your English communication skills are elite (C1+ level), and if you speak German, French, or Arabic, that’s a massive plus.
- You’re a self-starter who doesn't need a map; you’re comfortable with outbound prospecting and thrive in a fast-moving startup vibe.
- You’re genuinely curious about the intersection of crypto, compliance, and luxury markets—you "get" the pain points of high-value deals.
- You’re professional and discreet, understanding that handling CHF 10M+ deal flows requires a certain level of finesse and "cool."

- Fair market pay + comissions
- Remote, full-time job - work from the comfort of your own home!
- 09:00 - 18:00 EET schedule (with 1 hour of lunch break 🍕)
