• Coordinates essential daily administrative and key processes that support department and organizational goals and objectives • Administers 14 certification programs and 4 micro-credentials • Provides certification operations support with event planning for volunteer committee meetings and department retreats • Administers forms processing, travel arrangements, and expense reports for staff and volunteers • Monitors department inboxes, reviews non-clinical content for revisions on various products • Conducts industry research • Provides back-up support for audits, special events, and projects • Ensures effective implementation and evaluation of key processes • Coordinates specific inter- and intra-department processes • Responds to questions and addresses issues related to these processes. • Assists in documenting and updating processes • Collaborates with team members and supports the coordination of department projects • Assists with department processes and systems, helps identify improvement opportunities, and supports the implementation of solutions • Maintains effective communications with internal and external customers and stakeholders • Compiles and summarizes data to support team reporting needs • Participates in orientation and cross-training of team members
• oversees the development, review, and validation of acute, progressive, and critical care nursing content for AACN’s products and services • collaborates with internal and external experts and stakeholders to deliver innovative, industry-leading, and cost-effective products and services • ensures effective strategies and systems to deliver expert clinical practice knowledge across projects, programs, and services • actively conducts environmental scanning to provide current perspectives • synthesizes information from environmental scans and shares insights with internal stakeholders • develops and implements processes to ensure the right people with the required skills are chosen for each project • provides leadership in ensuring content quality and integrity for clinical products, programs and services.
• Actively manages direct outreach to current and prospective healthcare and academic organizations to understand their needs, propose AACN solutions, and secure sales. • Involves understanding the target audience, market opportunities, and effective sales channels to drive success. • Works in conjunction with the Business Development Manager and team on strategic planning for future growth. • Actively engages with other interested parties to understand the current industry environment and issues that matter most to healthcare leaders, our nurse community, and their patients. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, create business plans, and manage projects. • Facilitates the Business Development Process by maintaining day-to-day contact with external B2B customers. • Researches and understands the individual B2B customer organizations and identifies opportunities to align AACN’s products with key clinical and business objectives. • Identifies emerging industry trends and participates in market research. • Leads communication with key collaborators and reports progress and project accomplishments. • Drives sales, upsell/cross-sell, close deals, and meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. • Uses CRM software, such as HubSpot, to track customer interactions. • Supports new B2B-related programs, initiatives, and product launches maintaining cross-functional alignment.
