Compliance Coordinator
Delegate CX
• Coordinate third-party inspections (DUPRO and final pre-shipment) to ensure products meet quality and safety standards during manufacturing. • Review inspection results and report findings to internal stakeholders, ensuring corrective actions are completed where necessary. • Collaborate with suppliers and third-party testing facilities to schedule, track, and follow up on testing protocols, including submitting samples and reviewing test reports. • Maintain accurate records by filing and archiving tests, inspection, and audit reports. • Stay current with regulatory, industry, and customer requirements by attending webinars and training sessions. • Assist in researching and communicating government regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements for product safety, social compliance, and quality assurance. • Communicate with internal teams regarding product compliance assessments, testing, inspections, or audit status. • Assist in continuously improving compliance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Provide administrative support, such as updating compliance databases, filing documents, and assisting in general compliance-related tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in compliance, product safety, or quality assurance.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Has an interest in learning about product safety standards, quality assurance processes, and compliance protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to stakeholders.
- Basic understanding or interest in DUPRO (During Production), final pre-shipment inspection processes, and general product safety.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) with experience in SmartSheet; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
