• As a Senior Platform Engineer for Second Front Systems, we expect you to architect, improve, implement, and operate our cloud native platform for deploying software as a service offerings to the national security ecosystem. • You will be central to the research, experimentation, and development needed to deliver our Platform platform (Game Warden) onto classified fabrics. • As part of a cross functional team, you'll build, test, validate, and operate Game Warden in accordance with the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community security and compliance standards. • You'll work closely with government interlocutors to understand, provision, and secure cloud-based resources in support of research and development efforts to get Game Warden deployed on classified networks. • You'll gain a level of DoD 8570 compliance. • You'll be expected to establish benchmarks, outline key activities, and prioritize efforts across multiple initiatives and programs. • You'll be responsible for developing and documenting new solutions, working independently, and contributing to a culture of diversity, innovation, and excellence.

• Design and Implement AI Workflows • Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI workflows using the Stack AI platform’s visual builder interface. • Construct dynamic pipelines that integrate large language models (LLMs), retrieval mechanisms, enterprise data sources, and multi-step business logic. • Architect solutions that address complex tasks such as document summarization, structured content generation, data-driven decision support, and automated process flows. • Ensure workflows follow modular design principles, are testable, maintainable, and compatible with DDC’s configuration and deployment lifecycle standards. • Develop and Orchestrate Agentic AI Solutions • Build autonomous AI agents that perform goal-directed reasoning, access tools and APIs, retrieve contextual information, and coordinate multi-step actions aligned to defined outcomes. • Implement robust retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure agents can access accurate, relevant, and timely knowledge from across DDC’s structured and unstructured data stores. • Design agents that address use cases ranging from proposal assembly to compliance automation, while incorporating fault handling, validation checkpoints, and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure reliability, auditability, and mission alignment.

• You'll create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation plus load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems • You’ll effectively with ServiceNow users and Stakeholders to develop solutions and execute changes • You’ll work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed • You’ll analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap • You'll work with the program management team to develop Service Level Agreement reporting • You'll work with the PowerBi Developer to streamline and automate dashboard reporting • You’ll train colleagues on effective use of ServiceNow • You will support both on-premises and cloud hosted enterprise applications.

• Build and evolve the infrastructure foundations that support Fanvue’s move toward a service-oriented architecture • Enable stream teams to deploy and operate services independently using platform-provided tooling and patterns • Design and maintain AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK (TypeScript), with a strong focus on safety, reuse, and automation • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and repeatable deployments • Support database architecture evolution, including Aurora PostgreSQL ServerlessV2, service-specific data stores, and scaling strategies • Build internal platform tools and automation to reduce operational toil and improve developer experience • Improve observability and reliability through CloudWatch dashboards, alarms, and SLIs/SLOs • Participate in on-call rotation, lead incident response when needed, and contribute to high-quality post-mortems • Act as a consultative partner to stream teams, helping them make good infrastructure decisions without slowing them down • Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing to eliminate single points of failure
