Job Description Summary At GE Aerospace, the Lead Supplier Fulfillment Leader has ownership of supplier relationships and supplier on-time delivery. In this role, you will need to understand the manufacturing process and customer need while utilizing operational data and commercial awareness to proactively drive supplier execution of on time delivery. You will execute value stream management (total WIP health & sub-tier management) in partnership with suppliers to meet customer needs, eliminate constraints, and increase productivity. As The Lead Supplier Fulfillment Leader, you will gain an in depth understanding of customer needs through interactions with clients across the GE organization; listen well and asks probing questions to obtain voice of customer; conduct research, collect data, and analyze information to define and prioritize customer needs and use this information to drive supplier partnerships. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop relationships and partnerships with suppliers to promote shared accountability and success - Own key performance indicators (KPI) of On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Delinquency (DQ) reduction for multiple large and medium suppliers and product lines - Execute on commercial and delivery strategy - Recognize (safety, quality, delivery, commercial, compliance) risks and opportunities at supplier via communication rhythms and supplier visits to assess impact to GE - Influence suppliers through strong relationships - Employ knowledge of manufacturing processes to eliminate specific constraints (operational & systemic) - Leverage understanding of production control to close operational gaps with owned suppliers - Partner with cross functional teams when additional expertise is needed - Manage priority management across customers to satisfy requirements/demands - Aggregate information and is the single voice of messaging to the customer - Utilize Lean tenants AND tools to identify and eliminate waste in a process Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in a Materials, Sourcing, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Quality and/or Supply Chain role) - At least an additional 3 years in a Materials, Sourcing, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Quality and/or Supply Chain role Desired Characteristics: - Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn - Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively - Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed - Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative - Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker - Experience documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs - Established project management experience The base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $133,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Products that become part of people’s daily lives and we need a Head of Supply Chain to help us! - Manage the end-to-end supply chain (sourcing → production → delivery → receiving) for China → U.S. → Amazon FBA / 3PL. - Own sourcing of the supplements and cosmetics in the USA and China. - Build and expand a pool of suppliers and forwarders; run supplier searches and benchmarking when needed. - Manage product development and packaging supplies. - Lead supplier communication: contracts, pricing, MOQ, payment terms, reconciliations, performance control. - Develop and improve supply chain management performance (planning, Amazon stock replenishment, international transport logistics). - Handle quality issues and claims; negotiate corrective actions and compensation. - Own purchasing & logistics budgets; run landed-cost analyses and report key metrics to stakeholders. - Run warehouse management, choose 3PL vendors. - Build scalable planning tools, databases, and operating routines; lead and develop the team (Logistics Manager & Warehouse Manager) with clear KPIs. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / International Trade. - Proven experience working with Chinese and US manufacturers. - Strong negotiation and contract management expertise. - Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020, global logistics, customs, and documentation. - Experience managing end-to-end supply chains for e-commerce or Amazon-focused brands. - Strong analytical mindset (forecasting, budgeting, cost optimization). - Experience managing production timelines and multiple suppliers simultaneously. - Financial literacy: understanding of COGS structure, margins, and working capital. - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling). - English Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher. - Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a strategic leadership role. - Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed. Additional Skills - Background in beauty, cosmetics, supplements, or lifestyle categories. - Experience scaling Amazon brands in the U.S. market. - Chinese language proficiency. - Experience building supply processes from scratch. - Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central reporting. - Experience managing DDP tenders and complex freight negotiations. - Exposure to ERP / supply planning systems implementation. - Strong problem-solving skills in high-growth environments.
