• Order Management: Daily monitoring of customer portals to download new purchase orders; manual processing of orders received via email. • System Synchronisation: Accurate uploading of all orders into our internal ERP/systems and external 3PL platforms to ensure seamless fulfilment. • Inventory Control: Downloading and reconciling daily inventory reports. • Customer Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for B2B customers regarding order status, delivery issues, or shortages. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams to communicate inventory risks or system errors before they impact the customer. • Data Integrity: Maintaining 100% accuracy in data entry to ensure UK retail compliance and avoid costly shipping errors or fines.

Job Description Summary At GE Aerospace, the Lead Supplier Fulfillment Leader has ownership of supplier relationships and supplier on-time delivery.
