Role Description We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support operations and supply chain through accurate data management, reporting, and process improvement. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, reliable data within operational systems, developing reporting that supports business decisions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and motivated to improve operational efficiency through better data and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Data Management & System Integrity - Input, validate, and maintain accurate data across supply chain and operational systems. - Ensure data consistency and integrity across multiple platforms and reporting environments. - Identify data quality issues and implement processes to prevent errors and improve reliability. - Maintain master data including SKUs, product attributes, vendor information, and operational parameters. - Reporting & Analytics - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards supporting operations, product development, and marketing teams. - Analyze supply chain and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. - Support inventory planning, product performance analysis, and operational KPIs. - Automate recurring reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency. - Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational processes through better data management and reporting. - Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement improved data processes. - Document data workflows, reporting logic, and system processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in data analysis, supply chain analytics, or operations analytics. - Strong proficiency in Excel. - Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Role Description The Fish Processor and Dockhand is responsible for all aspects of fish processing at the Nootka Sound and Newton Cove Resorts, including guest interaction, regulatory-compliant fish handling, custom cutting, vacuum packaging, and preparing finished products for guest departure. The role ensures high standards of organization, sanitation, and efficiency throughout every stage of processing. Key Responsibilities - Communicate processing and shipping options and assist guests with digital forms. - Collect guest information and maintain accurate processing documentation. - Identify species, ensure DFO regulation compliance, and record fish data. - Receive, weigh, label, vacuum-seal, and freeze fish for tracking and quality. - Prepare boxed fish for transport and complete required paperwork. - Clean and sanitize processing areas, equipment, and totes. - Keep dock areas clean, safe, and hazard-free. - Assist guests with kayak/SUP orientation and launching. - Support maintenance tasks within the processing department. - Greet guests, assist with docking, and help with luggage/coolers on departure days.
