Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of shipping processes and documentation

Role Description We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support operations and supply chain through accurate data management, reporting, and process improvement. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, reliable data within operational systems, developing reporting that supports business decisions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities - Communicate processing and shipping options and assist guests with digital forms. - Collect guest information and maintain accurate processing documentation. - Identify species, ensure DFO regulation compliance, and record fish data. - Receive, weigh, label, vacuum-seal, and freeze fish for tracking and quality. - Prepare boxed fish for transport and complete required paperwork. - Clean and sanitize processing areas, equipment, and totes. - Keep dock areas clean, safe, and hazard-free. - Assist guests with kayak/SUP orientation and launching. - Support maintenance tasks within the processing department. - Greet guests, assist with docking, and help with luggage/coolers on departure days.
