• You are responsible for the strategic development of our marketing activities and, together with your team, ensure our initiatives are scalable, efficient and sustainably profitable. • You lead an interdisciplinary marketing team of eight (currently), organized into Social Media (Organic), Performance Marketing and CRM, and ensure close, effective collaboration across these areas. • Together with your team you optimize existing strategies that enable growth, build trust and position our brand for the long term. • You develop and own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring profitable market penetration within the first year of a product. • You establish clear frameworks for analyzing and evaluating marketing performance and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns with the team. • You create and refine team workflows to guarantee integrated and effective collaboration between marketing teams in line with company objectives. • You lead and develop the marketing team, define clear responsibilities and support team members in leveraging and further developing their strengths. • You are responsible for the marketing budget and ensure its efficient and targeted use.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience building and advancing marketing structures during growth-oriented and dynamic phases of a company.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, organic channels and scalable marketing models, and the ability to strategically align these areas.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies in a fast-moving environment and successfully bringing new solutions to market.
- Ability to lead a team clearly, empathetically and purposefully through growth and scaling phases, providing orientation, structure and focus.
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset with the ability to set priorities and drive execution in an innovative, changing environment.
