• Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. • Coordinate local tax obligations and liaise with external tax advisers. • Manage tax compliance and reporting. • Develop and implement financial workflows and procedures. • Implement strategies to minimise errors in financial reporting and optimise resource allocation. • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. • Assist with the MiCA licence application.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial accounting and reporting, with at least five years in a senior or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written German and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- As a plus: Strong interest in the crypto-asset and blockchain space.
- Experience interacting with Austrian regulators is highly desirable.

Role Description As Manager HR Controlling & Analytics (gn), you are responsible for personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and the continuous development of key HR and recruiting metrics. You work closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders and actively support data-driven decision-making through high-quality analyses and insights. You can work fully remotely within Germany and are not required to be on-site regularly, but you should be flexible to be present at our Hamburg headquarter when needed. Your mission - Manage the personnel cost budgeting process, including forecasting models, coordination of budget inputs, and alignment with relevant stakeholders. - Responsible for personnel cost forecasting, including regular updates and continuous improvement of forecasting approaches. - Analyze, monitor, and further develop key HR and recruiting KPIs (e.g. turnover, absenteeism, headcount, time-to-hire) and support HR business partners and departments with data-driven insights. - Create ad-hoc analyses for HR, Finance, and the business and prepare results in a target-group-oriented and management-ready way. - Support ESG- and GDPR-related analyses in an HR context and ensure a clean, reliable, and compliant data basis. - Actively drive the end-to-end automation and optimization of HR controlling and people analytics processes, systems, and tools.
