Role Description As Manager HR Controlling & Analytics (gn), you are responsible for personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and the continuous development of key HR and recruiting metrics. You work closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders and actively support data-driven decision-making through high-quality analyses and insights. You can work fully remotely within Germany and are not required to be on-site regularly, but you should be flexible to be present at our Hamburg headquarter when needed. Your mission - Manage the personnel cost budgeting process, including forecasting models, coordination of budget inputs, and alignment with relevant stakeholders. - Responsible for personnel cost forecasting, including regular updates and continuous improvement of forecasting approaches. - Analyze, monitor, and further develop key HR and recruiting KPIs (e.g. turnover, absenteeism, headcount, time-to-hire) and support HR business partners and departments with data-driven insights. - Create ad-hoc analyses for HR, Finance, and the business and prepare results in a target-group-oriented and management-ready way. - Support ESG- and GDPR-related analyses in an HR context and ensure a clean, reliable, and compliant data basis. - Actively drive the end-to-end automation and optimization of HR controlling and people analytics processes, systems, and tools. Qualifications - Several years of professional experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or a comparable analytical role. - Very good understanding of personnel cost structures, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses. - Proven experience in building, maintaining, and further developing HR and recruiting KPIs. - Very strong Excel skills, including complex analyses, models, and structured data preparation. - Ability to understand SAP systems and work confidently with SAP-based HR and finance data. - Experience with HR systems; Personio knowledge is nice to have. - Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, decision-relevant insights. - Structured, precise working style with a high standard for data quality, consistency, and reliability. - Confidence in collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business units. - Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and digital HR tools. - Excellent German skills and solid English skills for professional use. • Perform post-linguistic quality control on key documents • Ensure translated and formatted content is complete, accurate, and compliant with quality standards • Understanding both the source and target languages to verify content • Meticulous review and verification of documents focusing on linguistic and non-linguistic elements

• Own and manage the complete month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting • Implement and maintain best practice financial governance frameworks and internal controls • Design, document, and enforce robust financial control procedures • Support the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance • Monitor and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy • Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, FCA regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements • Provide commercial financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making • Partner with commercial teams to drive business performance and profitability

• Oversee all aspects of accounting, including general ledger, cost accounting, accounts payable and payroll. • Drive the preparation and review of clinical trials and contract manufacturing related accrual and prepayment entries and reconciliations. • Perform / review various technical accounting analyses. • Maintain internal and operational controls necessary to monitor performance and comply with SOX 404, as required. • Ensure completeness and accuracy of month-end close tasks; is accountable for overseeing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial flux, key judgements, internal controls and management reporting. • Act as primary liaison with external auditors; prepare and coordinate all appropriate material for quarterly reviews and annual audits. • Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to oversee and monitor drug inventory accounting, ensuring accurate valuation, inventory reconciliation, obsolescence and excess stock inventory practices and proper compliance. • Partner with FP&A and the business to provide financial insight for budgets and forecasting. • Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax compliance items, including but not limited to annual provisions/returns and other tax-related items and review the external tax advisors’ deliverables. • Maintain focus on continuous improvement by challenging status quo to accelerate financial accounting close and increase efficiency of accounting and reporting processes. • Support ERP implementation and upgrades as appropriate. • Develop and updated accounting policies and documentation. • Mentor and support members of the accounting team. • Other duties as assigned.
