• Lead the Growth track within R&D • Partner closely with marketing and partnerships teams • Design and run growth experiments • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other PMs • Define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks • Translate insights from data and user behavior into actionable product decisions

• Own and manage the complete month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting • Implement and maintain best practice financial governance frameworks and internal controls • Design, document, and enforce robust financial control procedures • Support the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance • Monitor and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy • Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, FCA regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements • Provide commercial financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making • Partner with commercial teams to drive business performance and profitability

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test suites using Playwright, and supporting frameworks • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define clear, testable requirements • Perform manual testing to detect UI inconsistencies, usability issues, and edge cases that automation might miss • Set up test environments, run regression suites, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility • Integrate automation tests into the CI/CD pipeline for fast feedback loops • Write clear bug reports with reproduction steps, screenshots, and logs • Monitor and maintain test stability, quickly identifying flaky or unreliable tests • Mentor team members on QA automation best practices • Continuously improve our QA processes, tooling, and test coverage

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript • Architect and develop REST APIs and microservices • Implement and optimize GraphQL and API Gateway solutions • Design and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL and MongoDB • Ensure high performance, availability, and security of services • Work closely with DevOps to deploy and manage services on AWS • Use Docker for containerization and ensure service reliability • Improve backend development standards, architecture, and processes • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence

• Develop and ship user-facing features with React and TypeScript • Build responsive UIs and collaborate closely with designers • Integrate frontend applications with backend services • Develop and maintain services using Node.js • Design and optimize database schemas and queries • Build and own microservices and REST APIs • Implement and optimize REST API Gateway, GraphQL • Work closely with the DevOps team to manage backend services on AWS • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
