Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles (BDR, SDR, PDR, or in partnerships/sales development).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments with an HR focus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English or Spanish and Portuguese.
