Senior Creative Production Manager
Reverse Tech
• Implement and optimize automation and AI-powered tools (e.g. Figma plugins, ChatGPT, batch-editing tools… you name it) to streamline creative production and boost output. • Partner with Design Manager and Paid Social to launch creative tests rapidly, track winners and losers, and feed learnings back into future iterations. • Manage and mentor a small team of junior designers, helping them navigate briefs, deadlines, tools, and feedback loops. • Manage internal workflows and external collaborators (freelancers, UGC creators) to keep projects on track and under budget.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in creative operations, performance marketing, or production, ideally in a fast-moving digital or DTC environment.
- Deep familiarity with AI and creative automation tools — and excitement about leveraging them to work smarter.
- Strong project and resource management skills; you thrive in organized chaos and love building clarity from complexity.
- A performance-first mindset: you care about outcomes and insights, not just output.
- Familiarity with B2C app business metrics (CPA, AOV, LTV, CTR) and an understanding of how funnels operate.
- High sense of ownership and proactivity—you take initiative and drive results.
