• Conduct effective sales calls and product demonstrations to highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions • Address prospect questions, handle objections, and demonstrate how the offering solves their business needs • Build and maintain strong prospect and client relationships • Understand their business challenges, goals, and workflows • Establish credibility and position the company as a trusted advisor • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing business fit, pain points, budget, and buying intent • Ensure only viable opportunities enter the sales pipeline • Manage and track opportunities using CRM tools • Maintain accurate, updated records of all engagements and activities • Prioritize leads and manage time effectively to meet or exceed sales targets • Use strong negotiation skills to drive win-win agreements • Understand budgets, decision-making processes, and timelines to navigate the sales cycle and close business successfully • Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless handoff of accounts and alignment across the sales strategy • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions • Provide insights to internal teams to continuously refine sales strategies and product positioning
Job Requirements
- Must have end-to-end sales experience — from lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, to closing business
- Must have strong experience in the B2B market, preferably selling to SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise accounts
- Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are required
- Must have experience handling enterprise accounts or large corporate clients in previous roles
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar quota-carrying sales role
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate complex concepts simply and compellingly
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing pipelines and activities
- Ability to understand customer pain points and tailor the sales approach accordingly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
