TRIP
• Visit stores across your territory to boost product availability and eye-catching merchandising • Build strong relationships with store managers and staff • Launch new products, activate promotions, and install POS • Spot opportunities, gather insights, and share them with the Field Sales Manager • Represent our brand with pride—every visit, every store
Job Requirements
- Some experience in field sales, merchandising, or FMCG retail (nice to have, not essential)
- Confident communicator who loves building relationships
- Self-motivated, organised, and happy working independently
- Hands-on attitude (merchandising, lifting stock, setting displays)
- Full UK driving license (or working toward one)
- Positive, resilient, and ready to learn
