• Full-cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end selection processes for strategic and leadership positions. • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments, including administering tests. • Talent Attraction: Define and implement attraction strategies, including active sourcing (headhunting) and market mapping. • ATS Management: Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to organize and monitor selection processes. • Candidate Flow Management: Manage candidate flow, ensuring alignment across all stages of the process. • Profile Alignment: Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, understanding the needs, challenges and requirements of the position. • Communication with Hiring Managers: Keep hiring managers informed about the progress of selection processes. • Stakeholder Relationship: Interact with different hierarchical levels, including coordinators, managers and directors. • Reports and Assessments: Prepare reports and assessments to support managers' decision-making. • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. • Offers and Onboarding: Prepare offers for approved candidates and submit required information for the hiring/onboarding process. • Job Closure: Conduct vacancy closures, ensuring feedback is provided to candidates. • Other Related Activities: Perform other related duties as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Must have own laptop to perform the role.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.
