• Drive consistent pipeline generation that directly contributes to revenue growth • Increase conversion rates from outreach to qualified meetings through strategic engagement • Improve outreach effectiveness by refining messaging and targeting approaches • Support sales team efficiency by delivering high-quality, sales-ready leads • Maintain accurate CRM data to enhance pipeline visibility and forecasting • Identify and research potential clients across target industries and segments • Build targeted prospect lists using multiple sourcing channels • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls • Continuously refine targeting strategies to improve lead quality • Craft personalized messaging to engage decision-makers and stakeholders • Initiate conversations and qualify prospects based on defined criteria • Handle objections and communicate value propositions effectively • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture and convert leads • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team • Track engagement and conversion metrics across the pipeline • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and organization • Log all outreach activities and prospect data in CRM systems • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions • Generate reports on outreach performance and pipeline metrics • Provide insights to improve sales development strategies

Job Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, B2B sales, or outbound prospecting
  • Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to meet outreach and performance KPIs consistently
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or healthcare industries (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with US-based clients or startup environments (Preferred)
  • Experience with multi-channel outreach strategies (Preferred)
  • Track record of exceeding sales or pipeline targets (Preferred)

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and process-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing go-to-market team. This role will focus on generating pipeline through both marketing-aligned outbound prospecting and strategic follow-up on inbound MQLs within the US. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and can quickly learn to navigate a high-tech SaaS product suite. You’ll play a critical role in connecting with prospects, diagnosing alignment between business challenges and our offerings, and helping accelerate the path from lead to opportunity. - 1+ year experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role, preferably in SaaS or technology environments. - Strong understanding of prospecting best practices and outbound cadencing. - Familiarity with prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), sequencing platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, Nooks), and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot). - Exposure to or curiosity about AI-assisted prospecting tools and data-driven selling approaches. - Demonstrated ability to identify high-fit opportunities and manage multiple outreach streams simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to personalize messaging by persona and intent. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working toward measurable KPIs and process adherence.
