• Act as an Agile leader, guiding teams in the consistent use of Scrum frameworks and Agile practices; • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives; • Promote Agile values such as transparency, accountability and continuous improvement; • Coordinate activities across multiple internal teams; • Ensure alignment of priorities, sprint goals and dependencies across global delivery groups; • Collaborate with distributed technical teams, business stakeholders and leadership; • Serve as the main point of contact with consulting firms and external partners; • Facilitate clear agreements on responsibilities, deliverables and sprint commitments; • Ensure external partners follow Agile practices aligned with internal standards; • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog; • Communicate progress, risks and impediments to technical stakeholders, business stakeholders and vendors; • Support decision-making through transparent metrics and Agile reporting; • Identify, escalate and remove impediments that affect productivity; • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within teams and partner organizations; • Support Agile maturity efforts, including training, coaching and process improvements;
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments;
- Experience with international and distributed teams;
- Experience with projects involving consulting partners and multiple vendors;
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile frameworks in general;
- Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills;
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally);
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
