Job Description

Senior OTR Finance Manager – Advanced Nuclear Projects

GE Vernova

• Lead project financials for assigned projects, delivering monthly inputs for Project Reviews, Finance Reviews, and Operating Reviews, including EACs, margin/cash bridges, risks/opportunities, and recovery actions. • Support contract handover from Inquiry to Order (ITO), to Order to Remittance (OTR) for the largest and most complex deals i.e. T&C clarifications, project setup etc. • Produce concise, executive-ready materials for leadership and board reviews • Own forecasting for assigned projects (Strategic Plan, Annual Budget, monthly/quarterly outlooks) across revenue, margin, EBIT, and cash; deliver variance analysis and scenario/sensitivity modeling. • Drive margin and cash improvement through structured Project Margin Reviews, analyzing cost/schedule variances, change orders and claims, and implementing corrective actions with Project Management. • Provide key income statement, balance sheet and cash flow metrics for forecasts and actual results for assigned projects • Simplify and automate reporting by standardizing templates and leveraging ERP/BI tools to improve data quality and cycle time.

Job Requirements

  • BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent international degree
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering.
  • 10 years of experience in finance or operations function in progressively larger positions of responsibility
