• Provides analysis of workflow, recommend solutions and implements application solutions to meet department needs. • Translates department requirements into business functional requirements. • Performs a variety of duties related to Epic and other information technology applications as assigned. • Assists with design, development, system configuration, implementation and support of assigned Epic applications for the organization. • Responsible for planning, training and evaluation of application functionality. • Works with the team and key customers to ensure appropriate development of training and implementation of application functionality. • Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with Epic software. • Investigates end users’ preferences while making build decisions and analyses business operations as they relate to build decision. • Builds and maintains Epic application content as assigned by department lead/manager. • Stays current with new application functionality and enhancements. • Follows functional specification documents to create content within the Epic application. • Completes thorough unit testing of all build prior to handoff for functional and/or integrated testing. • Documents and reports system issues through internal chain of command; communication with vendor where appropriate. • Populates databases during the initial system build with assistance from Epic. • Collects information regarding potential system enhancements and functionality needs. • Prepares details of specifications as needed. • Analyzes data conversion needs and ensures that data coming across an interface into an Epic application meets the business need. • Develops and documents project team procedures for implementing system changes and other tasks. • Establishes change control processes and procedures for the system. • Participates in training development and delivery to end users. • Works with end users to troubleshoot problems and investigate questions from end users. • Works with report writers to ensure that the application has the necessary reports. • Prioritizes and implements requested changes to the system and analyzes new functionality in releases to determine how it should be used. • Maintains regular communication with Epic representatives and works with the Epic representatives and GHS' end user community to ensure the system meets the organization’s needs. • Provides end user support during implementation; able to serve as an application expert to assist in application roll-out. • Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues to maximize system potential.

• Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings • Execute daily shipment planning and execution of tasks aligned with the operational workflow and service expectations of the role • Collaborate with carriers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods • Participate in a rotational weekend on-call schedule to support transportation operations and ensure business continuity • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders on shipment or vendor issues • Support cross-functional projects to enhance company performance • Lead initiatives to optimize routing, mode selection, and carrier performance • Support strategic planning, including network design, freight forecasting, and budget development • Manage freight payment and manual invoice processes • Analyze carrier and vendor performance to identify service gaps and recommend improvements • Report on key performance indicators (daily, weekly, monthly) • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data from vendors and third-party providers • Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support KPI improvement initiatives • Provide support for transportation carrier selections from annual RFPs and mini-bids • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transportation operations • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

• Support fraud investigations by gathering data, performing analytics, and preparing reports in partnership with Regional Asset Protection leaders. • Assist in maintaining and following standardized investigation processes to ensure consistency and accuracy. • Utilize company-provided tools and resources to identify, track, and document internal losses. • Conduct transaction reviews and risk assessments to help minimize store-level losses. • Prepare detailed investigative summaries and provide insights to support interviews and decision-making. • Stay informed on retail industry trends and best practices relevant to fraud and asset protection. • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and responsiveness to business needs. • Translate investigative findings into actionable recommendations for field teams and leadership. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements. • Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports to support leadership and executive management. • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all investigative activities.

• Immerse yourself in client workflows to understand how public health staff actually do their work, with particular depth in environmental health programs • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities that clients may not have articulated • Synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into coherent solution recommendations • Translate complex public health processes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Lead discovery sessions and workshops with health department staff • Serve as the voice of the client within our technical teams • Develop process flows, documentation, and visual aids that communicate the "why" behind solutions • Challenge assumptions and push back when proposed solutions don't fit client realities
