• Analyze workflows in notary offices in close collaboration with our clients • Implement our modern notary software for new clients (remote and on-site) • Identify and highlight improvement potential through the targeted use of the software • Configure and optimize workflows within the software • Support the development of problem solutions and optimization opportunities • Conduct user training (remote and on-site) • Act as the interface between customers and product management to relay requirements and feedback in a targeted manner • Contribute to functional design and the continuous development of the software
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a court or notary clerk, notary assistant, senior notary clerk, legal specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years' professional experience in a notary office or law firm
- Enthusiasm for innovative IT solutions and complex legal issues
- Basic technical understanding and interest in digital work processes
- Practical experience with notary software and electronic legal communication
- Strong communication skills and a convincing, professional demeanour, as well as a structured, independent and customer‑oriented way of working
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word
- Fluent German (spoken and written); good English skills desirable
- Willingness to travel for business within Germany
