Job Summary and Responsibilities As an IT Systems Administrator, you will collaborate to implement, maintain, and optimize the critical IT system of CommonSpirit Health's ServiceNow platform.Every day you will manage multiple ServiceNow environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance, while troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with teams.To be successful, you will demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving, and a proactive approach to system resilience, ensuring robust and scalable IT infrastructure. - Oversees and works on catalog requests and incidents related to Users, Groups, Locations, Assets and Licenses - Monitors the platform performance while collaborating with System Analysts to improve health of the Service Now Platform - Provides clear updates in responding to, following up and resolving reported issues and requests through the ticketing system with in established SLA's - Responsible to complete all tasks and associated documentation within committed timeframes, and effectively communicates across teams and all level of management - Provides clear communication during the lifecycle of administrative tasks such as Cloning, Patching or Upgrades Remote eligible. Role Description The User Account Administrator plays a central role in supporting the full lifecycle of personnel access within the organization. This position manages all aspects of user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring that employees, contractors, and partners receive the appropriate accounts, access, equipment, and training required for their roles. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, and experienced in administering accounts and permissions in a Windows-based enterprise environment.
