Digital Marketing Specialist

• Create, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar digital advertising platforms • Monitor budget against performance metrics, assist with audience targeting and creative testing, and help improve return on ad spend • Contribute to SEO, AEO and broader digital growth initiatives • Maintain campaign tracking standards, including UTM tagging and attribution accuracy • Support marketing automation efforts such as email segmentation, workflows, landing pages, and forms • Assist with CRM data management, automation initiatives and ongoing platform updates • Support integrations between marketing platforms and third-party systems • Assist with Google Tag Manager updates, tracking enhancements, and performance monitoring • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and optimization of websites and backend marketing systems • Collaborate with web and UX teams to improve site performance and conversion rates • Support landing page creation, testing, and optimization • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and marketing reporting tools • Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for key internal and external stakeholders • Help maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy across systems • Travel to local sets within the Souvenir and Holiday division for marketing photo opportunities

Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar paid media platforms
  • 1–3 years of experience or internship experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Proficient in GA4 analytics, marketing metrics, and digital tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
