• Uploading final policies requests. • Entering orders and performing updates. • Uploading documents and adding/deleting attachments. • Typing and issuing final policies. • Performing delivery functions. • Importing and exporting from various software. • Creating invoices and other duties as assigned. • Issuing short form and long form Owner’s and Lender’s policies for multiple states nationwide. • Serving as a liaison between the policy team, Westcor Agents and Agency Representatives. • Reviewing and securing documentation needed to issue title policies.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, Baccalaureate degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience with title or closing company, policy typing and/or policy curative experience a plus.
- Experience utilizing ResWare or similar closing software preferred.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats.
- Highly motivated, inquisitive, self-started with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to high volume and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
