The Impact You'll Make: We are looking for an FP&A Systems Analyst who views finance as a data problem. You won’t just be "using" an FP&A tool; you will be a lead architect of our web-based planning platform (Pigment). You will bridge the gap between our existing systems and our executive-level strategic forecasts. At Upside, we don't do "manual." You will be responsible for automating the data pipeline so that our Finance team can spend 100% of their time on strategy and 0% on manual reconciliation. What You’ll Do: - Platform Ownership: Act as an administrator and architect for our web-based FP&A tool, designing multi-dimensional models that reflect our complex business drivers. - The Data Bridge: Design and maintain automated ETL workflows between our ERP, CRM (Salesforce), and the FP&A platform to ensure "one source of truth" for all financial and operational data. - Predictive Modeling: Partner with our Data Engineering team to integrate machine learning-based revenue forecasts directly into our rolling financial plans. - Process Engineering: Eliminate manual spreadsheet "shadow systems" by building self-service dashboards and automated variance reporting for department heads. - Be an Owner: Proactively identify data integrity issues and optimize our Chart of Accounts (COA) mapping to improve the granularity of our unit economic reporting. Competencies You'll Need: - The Technical Core: 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance at a high-growth SaaS/Tech company, with at least 1+ years specifically managing a web-based FP&A platform (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or Vena). - Data Fluency: Advanced SQL skills are a must. You should be comfortable querying large datasets and understanding data structures. - Systems Thinking: Deep experience with modern Cloud ERPs (NetSuite preferred) and how they integrate with downstream reporting tools. - Strategic Mindset: The ability to explain a "complex data join" to a CFO and "unit economics" to an Engineer. - The Upside Values: A bias for action, a commitment to making every decision "measurable," and a desire to solve "the unsolvable." Location: This hybrid role is based in our DC office. Compensation: The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000 - $116,000 + equity + benefits. • Own endpoint and device management across the environment. Maintain MDM platforms, enforce security baselines, and ensure devices remain compliant, patched, and operational. • Manage SaaS and identity systems, including application lifecycle, access controls, and integrations. Maintain least-privilege access and support audit and compliance requirements. • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues. Diagnose root causes across endpoints, systems, and integrations, and drive issues through resolution. • Improve system reliability and security through proactive maintenance, configuration hardening, and continuous reduction of operational risk. • Execute changes within defined maintenance windows. Plan, communicate, and implement changes to minimize user impact and maintain system stability.

• Support technical administration of the Yardi Voyager system across the organization in the respective modules. • Assist in planning, designing, and implementing Yardi solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices. • Participate in current implementation efforts and assist senior team members in preparation for the targeted go-live date. • Develop an in-depth understanding of system design decisions, data structure, reporting requirements, and processes. • Collaborate with functional teams and consultants to ensure alignment with system best practices. • Support integrations with ancillary systems using tools such as APIs and the Yardi ETL tool, under direction from senior technical staff. • Contribute input to the system roadmap and future platform enhancements. • Coordinate with the Yardi Account Management Team and Welltower senior leaders to support planning and execution of Yardi-related initiatives. • Meet regularly with Welltower module owners and senior technical analysts to document current system performance and recommend enhancements. • Research, analyze, and help resolve software issues in collaboration with the yardi product support team and our internal yardi helpdesk. • Provide technical support to property operators. • Assist in monitoring system stability and usage. • Use SQL scripts to improve reporting capabilities; assist in the development of database tables and reports to meet business requirements. • Maintain documentation of user permissions, menus, and system security settings. • Support compliance with internal audit and IT controls. • Stay current on Yardi system updates and communicate relevant changes to internal stakeholders. • Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and patches within change management processes. • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to support system roadmap and technical deliverables. • Support the development of data set processes; assist in analyzing large data sets to improve data quality and performance. • Help maintain the data dictionary and support efforts to ensure master data integrity. • Identify opportunities for automation and assist in implementing process improvements using data insights.

• Provide Tier 2 support via phone, ticketing system, email, and remote tools. • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents related to workstations, servers, networks, and cloud services. • Own tickets through to resolution, ensuring timely communication and proper documentation. • Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 resources to resolve complex issues and improve knowledge transfer. • Support and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and desktop environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, file/print services). • Administer Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related services. • Perform user and group administration across various systems. • Assist with management of switches, firewalls, wireless, VPN, and other network devices. • Monitor client environments using RMM and monitoring tools; respond to alerts and remediate issues. • Perform routine maintenance (patching, updates, backups, AV/EDR checks, capacity management). • Participate in implementation and upgrade projects (migrations, standardization, new deployments). • Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and knowledge base articles. • Support security tools such as endpoint protection, MFA, email security, and backup/recovery solutions. • Assist in responding to security-related alerts and incidents following established playbooks. • Follow best practices and policies for system hardening, access control, and data protection. • Mentor Tier 1 technicians and help elevate overall team capability. • Provide feedback to improve tools, processes, and service delivery. • Maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on responsiveness, quality, and professionalism.
