RevOps Consultant, Marketing Ops

• Guiding clients by presenting options, identifying trade-offs, and recommending scalable marketing operations solutions. • Documenting business requirements, campaign workflows, lead lifecycle processes, and workstream plans. • Building, testing, and optimizing solutions related to campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, nurturing, attribution, and marketing-to-sales handoff. • Tracking project progress while keeping internal teams and clients up to date. • Working across marketing and revenue technologies, including Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and related applications. • Helping clients improve funnel performance, data quality, segmentation, and reporting visibility across the buyer journey. • Contributing to Go Nimbly’s internal knowledge base by sharing learnings, problem-solving with teammates, and leading trainings. • Managing client relationships and building trust as a strategic partner.
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a consultant or in a marketing operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market systems role.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- Understand core marketing operations concepts such as lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, lead scoring, routing, nurturing, attribution, and funnel reporting.
- Display strong technical aptitude and are close to an SME in at least one core platform or functional area.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Strong presenter who builds trusted client relationships and can collaborate effectively across internal delivery teams.
- High attention to quality and detail.
- A certification in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or a related platform is preferred.

Role Description SingleStore is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to partner closely with a growing Sales organization and the VP of GTM (Go-To-Market) Operations to help scale and optimize our revenue engine. Experience with compensation planning and commission processing is a plus. - Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations. - Technical expertise and business acumen across end-to-end revenue, with a strong emphasis on sales and post-sales. - Experience with GTM technology, including CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement and prospecting (Outreach, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), data enrichment (Cognism, ZoomInfo), and other sales productivity tools.
