• Manage and mentor the People & Culture Manager (Austria) • Act as the central point of contact for HR operations across Europe • Own the payroll for France, Italy, and Austria • Serve as our internal expert on French labor law • Support the VP People in designing a competitive salary grid • Maintain our HRIS as the single source of truth
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or Payroll
- Solid knowledge of French labor law
- Professional fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Strong aptitude for people management and mentoring
