• provide accurate, timely, and empathetic support to employees regarding payroll, taxes, and other benefits-related inquiries • manage a steady volume of inbound calls • answer questions about payroll and tax matters such as W-2s, stock options, and deductions • provide guidance while following established procedures

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service and call center experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with payroll, taxes, or employee financial services preferred
  • Excellent internet navigation and typing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing a high volume of calls
  • Ability to follow guidelines and provide accurate information
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Successful completion of background check
