• Champion engineering best practices, lead initiatives to improve code quality, and drive continuous integration and delivery improvements. • Develop and maintain high-quality, testable code for Crunchyroll’s iOS and tvOS applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines. • Lead efforts to improve test automation, including unit, integration, and UI testing, to enhance product stability and speed up release cycles. • Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, Quality Lead, and iOS/tvOS engineers to define and refine quality metrics and ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Identify, diagnose, and address performance bottlenecks, crashes, and edge-case failures across Apple platforms. • Implement tools and processes to monitor application health, detect regressions early, and drive continuous integration improvements. • Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to integrate quality considerations into the entire development lifecycle. • Participate in code reviews, mentor teammates on best practices, and drive a culture of technical excellence and accountability. • Stay up to date with the latest Apple platform technologies, testing frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve our engineering processes.

Your role in our mission Apply your skills to support Gainwell as we help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. - Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs. - Assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user. - Gathers information from the system, analyzes program and time requirements, and prepares documentation to change existing programs. - Researches and analyzes existing systems and program requirements, under periodic supervision. - Analyze, design, and review design of applications and suites of applications to ensure that customer specifications are satisfied. - Able to create complex design documents and translate them into component-level designs to accelerate development. - Utilizes experience in development methodologies, coding documentation, testing methodology and industry standards to define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed design of application solutions for clients. - Applies Gainwell and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate to advanced complexity. - Develop strategy, design and data gathering approaches. - Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs. - Writes specifications for programs of moderate complexity. - Assists in resolving production support problems. - Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems. - Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
