• You take strategic leadership and continuous development of your client projects while always keeping the big picture in mind • You act as the central interface between the client and the team and are responsible for clear, structured communication in both directions • You plan and coordinate implementation together with our specialists (Ads, Web, Tracking, etc.) and ensure that all measures align and work together effectively • You prioritize tasks, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time • You analyze results, derive concrete actions, and continuously develop your clients • You identify opportunities for additional measures and proactively advise your clients on sensible next steps (upsell & further development) • You take responsibility for budgets, target achievement, and the long-term success of your client projects

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online marketing, preferably in an agency environment or in account management
  • Experience managing client projects and overseeing multiple topics in parallel
  • Strategic mindset, structured working style, and the ability to maintain oversight on complex projects
  • Strong communication skills, clear prioritization, and a proactive approach to driving initiatives forward
  • Good understanding of online marketing concepts (e.g., Ads, websites, tracking) without necessarily executing every operational task yourself
  • Ability to identify opportunities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a good sense for client development and growth potential
  • Bonus: Experience in sales, client consulting, or upselling services
