Technical Business Analyst

• Elicit and Manage Requirements: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. • Backlog Management & Prioritization: Support product planning activities by refining and prioritizing backlog items to align business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery timelines. • Solution and Systems Analysis: Participate in solution design and systems analysis activities to ensure proposed solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and reliability considerations. • End-to-End Delivery Support: Support the delivery lifecycle from concept through implementation by contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and release coordination. • Process & System Improvement: Analyze existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization or modernization. • Agile Team Enablement: Act as a liaison between business and delivery teams, providing ongoing clarification of requirements, supporting testing and validation activities, and helping ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication across stakeholders, sharing progress updates, risks, and dependencies to support informed decision-making. • Test Case Creation & Validation Support: Develop and maintain functional and integration test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring coverage across end-to-end business and system scenarios. • Test Execution & Deployment Support: Support test execution activities during sprint cycles, system integration testing, and deployments, including defect triage, validation of fixes, and verification of release readiness.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
- Coursework or training in process modeling, requirements engineering, data analysis, or Agile methodologies.
- System and Application Analysis (3+ years): Ability to analyze and document complex service-based and integration-driven IT systems, including service orchestration and assurance platforms.
- Agile Delivery & Product Ownership Support (3+ years): Experience supporting Agile teams by managing backlogs, refining features and user stories, and participating in Scrum or SAFe ceremonies.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management (3+ years): Strong capability to elicit, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business and program objectives.
- Network Assurance Domain Expertise (3+ years): Good understanding of service assurance and service management concepts, including event correlation, workflow orchestration, operational processes, and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication (3+ years): Proven ability to collaborate with Business Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and Delivery teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
