Empowerly
• own Empowerly’s webinar program end to end and be trusted to turn live and on-demand experiences into real student and family outcomes. • set the webinar strategy and roadmap, defining where and how webinars fit into Empowerly’s acquisition engine. • build the systems that allow the program to scale efficiently. • work closely with lifecycle, paid social, SDR, creative, and data partners to align messaging, promotion, follow-up, and sales handoff. • continuously refine content, formats, and targeting using performance insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of B2C/EdTech marketing experience, with at least 2+ years owning and scaling a high-volume, revenue-focused webinar program.
- Proven expertise in Webinar Program Strategy, MarTech architecture (HubSpot/Salesforce integration), and Operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage a complex portfolio of simultaneous projects and define process discipline for others.
- Advanced proficiency with key marketing systems: Zoom Webinars/Events, HubSpot (or equivalent MAP/CRM), and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use data (e.g., funnel metrics, A/B test results) to drive strategic decisions and program investment.
- Comfort with high-volume work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work PST hours for primary webinar delivery (typically 2–7 PM PST).
- Strong Copywriting abilities for landing pages and potentially ad creatives.

Role Description As we expand our personalization and messaging capabilities, we are looking for a foundational member of our growing team. The Offsite Recommendations Strategist owns the activation, performance, and revenue growth of our AI-powered email recommendations offering. This is a revenue-generating, client-facing role with incentive-based compensation. You will serve as a strategic partner to retail and e-commerce clients, helping them design, launch, and scale high-performing recommendation-driven email programs across promotional, triggered, and lifecycle messaging. From first deployment through long-term expansion, you will guide customers in using intelligent recommendations to drive measurable gains in engagement, conversion, and lifetime value. What You’ll Do - Own onboarding and activation for offsite recommendations, partnering with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions, and Marketing teams. - Guide clients through ESP integrations, feed setup, and recommendation placement in email templates. - Advise on high-impact email use cases including: - Promotional campaigns - Browse & cart abandonment - Post-purchase and replenishment - Lifecycle and retention programs - Serve as the subject-matter expert on email personalization and recommendations. - Analyze performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve CTR, conversion, AOV, revenue per send, and LTV. - Own revenue growth across a portfolio of customers through upsell, expansion, and new use cases. - Act as the voice of the customer, influencing product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Role Description We’re expanding our AI Agents Suite and are looking for an AI Agents Strategist to help drive customer adoption and revenue growth. This is a client-facing, revenue-owning role focused on launching, scaling, and optimizing AI agents for retail and e-commerce customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and the broader Constructor GTM and Product teams, guiding AI agent adoption through long-term growth, while helping shape the future of our AI Agents business.
