Account Executive – SEO & AI

• You conduct qualified discovery calls with marketing decision-makers, CMOs, and CEOs. • All leads are inbound — no cold calling. • You understand their goals, pain points, and current status quo. • You analyze each prospect's organic growth channel (SEO/AI Search) and identify concrete potential. • You translate our service offering into a strategy tailored to the prospect. • You present this strategy in strategy calls (demos) so that the prospect takes away real value. • You independently manage your sales cycle, from qualification to contract closing. • You maintain your pipeline with discipline and accurate forecasting in HubSpot. • You identify your own opportunities and proactively drive deals forward. • You support marketing initiatives to ensure a stable, qualified pipeline. • You work closely with the Head of Growth and CEO, actively contributing to the development of our sales processes.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in an agency or consultancy-adjacent environment.
  • Understanding of consultative selling and solution selling.
  • Excellent listener — able to identify pain points and unspoken needs.
  • Clear, precise communication in spoken and written form.
  • Structured approach to pipeline management, CRM maintenance, and follow-ups.
  • Willingness to dive deeply into a complex subject and build genuine expertise.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to quickly build trust with decision-makers.
  • Fluent in German and English.
