AI Solution Architect – All Genders
Expleo Group
• Design, development and scaling of enterprise AI/ML solutions • Building and optimizing MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, retraining) • Performance optimization and orchestration of models in production environments • Ensuring robustness, fairness, compliance and security in AI applications • Close collaboration with data scientists and engineers on data pipelines, feature stores and model validation • Selection and integration of modern tools, frameworks and architectures • Shaping standards, best practices and the strategic roadmap in AI/ML • Coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in architecting, implementing and operating AI/ML solutions
- Solid knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, MLMs and RAG (architecture, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agent orchestration)
- Experience with common frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or Haystack
- Strong programming skills in Python and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Know-how in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform)
- Familiarity with MLOps (MLflow, deployment, observability, governance)
- Knowledge of compliance & security (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001/27701, TISAX)
- Experience in designing digital solutions and presenting to clients
