Paired
• Analyze CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and campaign performance • Identify inefficiencies and recommend budget reallocation • Support marketing experiments (A/B testing, channel optimization) • Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) • Translate business questions into structured analysis • Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual work • Move beyond reporting into clear recommendations • Highlight risks, opportunities, and performance drivers • Support leadership with weekly/monthly performance insights • Clean and structure data • Align KPI definitions • Maintain a consistent reporting logic
Job Requirements
- Experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably within DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
- Strong SQL + at least one BI tool
- Hands-on experience with: CAC / LTV / funnel metrics and marketing performance analysis
- Experience supporting business decisions (not just reporting)
- Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to experimentation (A/B testing)
- Basic predictive modeling (LTV, churn, forecasting)
- Experience working with marketing teams
