Role Description Exciting opportunity to learn and work for an e-commerce company. Fast growing ecommerce business within the collectable and toys industry is looking for an ecommerce assistant. This role gives you the opportunity to learn and develop your digital skills, get to know the in-outs of an ecommerce business, as well as offering great work experience. - Assisting with digital marketing initiatives and newsletter. - Assisting with stock ordering. - Routinely checking the website reflects our stock and correcting issues. - Handling inbound customer phone calls and following up by phone/email if needed. - Identifying and finding solutions for products that are overstocked. - Posting to social media pages and ad-hoc blog writing. Qualifications - Knowledge/passion for the hobby is preferred, although not necessary. - Confidence communicating on the telephone, and enthusiasm to be helpful. - Well written and spoken English. - Proficient with technology, and preferably some experience with eCommerce systems - but not necessary. - Proactive problem solver. - Ideal candidate will have passion for aviation and knowledge of the collectable industry.
