• You actively contribute to building and managing online campaigns — from planning to backend implementation (categories, product assignments, promo codes, SEO copy, HTML templates). • You support the maintenance, updating and quality assurance of our product and campaign data (e.g., copy, prices, images, banners) across all international markets. • You assist with merchandising activities by updating categories according to seasonality or promotions and by uploading new products into the system. • You help optimize website content, improve SEO copy, and adjust templates to enhance the user experience. • You create, review and monitor relevant reports and presentations that serve as the basis for data-driven decisions.

• Own CRO analysis and strategy for 7+ e-commerce brands making $10M-$100M/year • Analyze funnels, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer feedback • Extract insights from customer reviews and feedback forms to build test hypotheses • Build clear, prioritized test roadmaps and present your findings and recommendations to clients • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure tests are executed flawlessly

• Building and owning end-to-end eCommerce integrations across Shopify and our broader commerce stack (including legacy BigCommerce and SAP integrations) • Building and maintaining integrations with: ERP systems (orders, fulfillment, inventory, financials) • Akeneo PIM (product data, attributes, taxonomy) • CMS platforms • Search and merchandising tools • Loyalty, CRM, and marketing platforms • Supporting operational automation and notifications (e.g., Microsoft Teams alerts/approvals) tied to integration workflows • Monitoring integration health, data quality, and system reliability • Troubleshooting and resolving data sync issues, delays, and failures • Partnering with eCommerce, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to support business workflows • Documenting integration logic, data mappings, and operational runbooks to support supportability and knowledge sharing • Improving scalability, observability, and error handling across all integrations • Supporting new system implementations and platform migrations

• Shopware development (primary focus) — design and implementation of Shopware 6 plugins, custom entities and B2B-specific features • Further development and maintenance of existing shop features — performance, checkout flows, product presentation • Technical implementation of PIM integrations: product data import, attribute mapping, media synchronization via the Shopware API • Ensuring stable shop operations: CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, updates • Contributing to test automation — unit, integration and end-to-end tests for business-critical processes • Evaluation and, where applicable, implementation of headless/API-first approaches (e.g., Shopware Frontends, composable commerce) • Evaluation of AI/LLM solutions for automation (product copy, intelligent search, data quality checks)
