Solution Architect – Service Cloud V2, SAP CE

INTENSE AG

• Develop the architecture for SAP Service Cloud V2 and SAP Customer Engagement (CE), including extensions and customizations • Lead and manage development teams: take technical ownership of projects and contribute your experience in code reviews, design decisions and best practices • Integrate Service Cloud V2 with other SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Utilities, BTP - CPI) and third-party systems • Create solution concepts, prototypes (POCs) and roadmaps • Provide technical coaching and knowledge transfer: mentor colleagues and ensure high-quality, maintainable code • Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security and operations • Support pre-sales activities: assist in preparing architecture proposals, effort estimates and presentations for customers

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Software Architect, Lead Developer or Solution Architect, ideally with a focus on SAP cloud and CRM solutions and experience in the utilities sector
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Service Cloud V2 (standard functionality, APIs, extension mechanisms)
  • Experience with SAP Customer Engagement / SAP CX; experience in the utilities domain is a plus
  • Solid experience with cloud architectures, in particular SAP BTP - CPI, microservices, API design and system integrations
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, Node.js or similar platforms)
  • Experience with project management
  • Very good German and good English language skills
