Solution Architect
Hypatos
• Define project playbooks/guidelines, including phases, scope, budget and schedule. • Ensure compliance with standards, with a strong focus on reusable solution packages. • Protect against scope creep and non-standard customizations. • Collaborate with Solution Consultants during pre-sales and early scoping to validate feasibility. • Communicate with the COE (Center of Excellence) on technical delivery, delegate routine tasks while retaining accountability for the solution. • Work with Product to influence the roadmap and deliver innovative, scalable solutions. • Understand customer needs and propose solutions that prioritize standardized packages. • Act as the technical authority during implementation to ensure solution integrity. • Build trust with enterprise stakeholders by aligning solutions with business and IT requirements. • Promote adoption of new technologies (Generative AI, automation, advanced integrations). • Contribute to solution packaging that connects business logic with technical implementation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in a SaaS or enterprise software context.
- Demonstrable success in finance domains such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), R2R (Record-to-Report), H2R (Hire-to-Retire), FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), and other GBS use cases.
- Strong expertise in system integration and architecture, ideally including Generative AI / LLMs applied to business requirements.
- Python for automation and prototyping.
- REST APIs for modern integrations.
- ERP/finance ecosystems: SAP, Basware, Boomi, Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Data formats & query languages: JSON, JSONata, SQL.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Strong project management skills: defining blueprints and controlling budget/schedule/scope.
- Excellent stakeholder management that aligns customer needs with product standards.
- A collaborative mindset that thrives in cross-functional work with Sales, Product, COE, and CSM teams.
- Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
