UX/UI Designer

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Agile collaboration with psychologists, developers, and designers on the conception of new features. • Target-Audience Focus: Trauma-informed design of solutions with deep empathy for our young target group and our counselors. • End-to-End Product Design: Supporting the entire product lifecycle (research, user flows, prototypes, usability tests). • Design System knowledge: Further development of design standards and maintenance of the Design System (Figma). • Developer Handoff: Creating clear handoffs (documentation, specifications) for developers.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or a similar field
  • At least 1–2 years in the field (experience in health/mental health/youth is a plus)
  • Familiarity with UX Methodologies: research, personas, journey mapping, wireframing.
  • Proficient use of Design Tools: Miro, Figma, FigJam
  • End-to-End Design Process: Experience in the entire design cycle (research to handoff) plus basic understanding of technical limitations.
  • User-Centered Thinking: Decisions based on user needs, insights, and data.
  • Effective Communication: Clear presentation of design decisions.
  • Collaboration: Team player who values open feedback and knowledge sharing.
