• Financial planning & controlling: Develop and automate financial plans, forecasts, and cashflow models • Accounts receivable management & payment reconciliation: Own end-to-end reconciliation between Amazon, Shopify, payment service providers, and DATEV • Financial statements & compliance: Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements • Process optimization & scaling: Implement scalable finance processes

Job Requirements

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in finance, ideally in a D2C, e-commerce, or retail environment
  • Solid experience in e-commerce accounts receivable accounting
  • Knowledge of cashflow modeling
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with DATEV Unternehmen online and, ideally, with JTL or BI tools
