• The Director of Financial Solutions is a strategic product and people leader responsible for the vision, delivery, and operational excellence of REMAX’s financial technology portfolio, including ERP, billing, revenue management, and related applications. • This role leads an established team within the Corporate Applications Department while partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes. • Success requires strong financial systems experience, product leadership, and the ability to translate complex financial processes into scalable technology solutions. • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Financial Solutions portfolio aligned with enterprise and business priorities. • Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap focused on business outcomes, operational efficiency, and platform scalability. • Recommend and deliver innovative solutions that align with enterprise architecture and drive measurable value. • Lead and develop a high performing team of analysts, developers, and QA professionals with clear ownership and accountability. • Establish strong operating rhythms including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking. • Promote collaboration, alignment, and shared standards across Corporate Applications. • Serve as a strategic partner to Finance and business leaders, translating complex financial needs into scalable technology solutions. • Communicate product strategy, priorities, risks, and outcomes clearly to business and executive stakeholders. • Support modernization of enterprise revenue and financial systems architecture. • Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships to ensure delivery and long-term value. • Provide leadership and oversight of enterprise financial platforms including Oracle Fusion ERP, Planning and Budgeting (PBCS), billing systems, and related applications. • Ensure systems effectively support accounting, planning, billing, reporting, and compliance processes. • Drive stability, scalability, and long-term platform sustainability across the financial technology ecosystem. • Support the full revenue lifecycle including pricing, billing, commerce, payments, taxation, revenue recognition, and ERP integration. • Ensure systems meet SOX and internal audit requirements. • Partner with Internal Audit, Security, and Finance teams to maintain strong controls and compliance. • Establish performance metrics and continuously improve delivery effectiveness and platform value.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise applications, product management, or technology leadership
- 5+ years leading teams supporting financial systems
- Provide leadership and oversight of enterprise financial platforms including ERP, planning and budgeting, billing, and related financial systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion ERP, PBCS)
- Experience leading enterprise platform implementations or financial system transformations
- Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial workflows
- Experience managing vendors and implementation partners
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams by providing clear direction, coaching, and mentorship
- Strong product leadership mindset focused on solving business problems and delivering measurable outcomes
- Ability to align business and technology stakeholders around clear priorities
- Strong decision making and executive communication skills
- Experience operating in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools
