• Support the build and maintenance of HubSpot workflows for email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring • Assist in setting up and QA-ing marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring accurate targeting, tracking, and follow-through • Help scale campaigns across different markets while maintaining personalization and relevance • Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or optimization opportunities to the team • Act as the operational link between marketing and the BDR team — ensuring leads generated from campaigns are routed correctly and followed up on promptly • Set up and maintain lead routing rules and assignment workflows in HubSpot • Monitor lead flow and flag any gaps, delays, or data quality issues that could impact BDR outreach • Support BDR onboarding on marketing tools and processes, including how to use sequences, track engagement, and log activity in HubSpot • Collaborate with BDRs and RevOps to align on MQL definitions, qualification criteria, and handoff processes • Support the planning and operational execution of industry events, conferences, and webinars that 73 Strings attends or hosts • Help manage pre-event logistics including registration tracking, attendee list management, and HubSpot campaign setup for event follow-up • Coordinate post-event workflows — uploading contact lists, triggering nurture sequences, and tracking event-sourced pipeline in HubSpot • Track event ROI by monitoring pipeline and meetings generated from event participation • Serve as a reliable operational partner to Sales, RevOps, and Finance — supporting shared data, reporting, and process alignment • Coordinate with RevOps to ensure HubSpot data flows correctly between marketing and sales pipelines, and that attribution is captured accurately • Support Finance with marketing budget tracking and spend reporting • Work with the Sales team to ensure marketing materials, sequences, and campaign assets are up to date and accessible in the right tools • Participate in weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, contributing marketing-sourced pipeline data and campaign context • Own day-to-day data quality and governance for marketing activities in HubSpot • Run regular data audits and cleanup processes to ensure contact, company, and deal data is accurate and complete • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking campaign performance, lead generation, and pipeline contribution • Support weekly pipeline reporting and contribute to board-level marketing metrics • Help implement and maintain attribution tracking so we understand what channels and campaigns are driving results • Help document and improve marketing workflows, campaign processes, and post-mortem frameworks • Support the evaluation and onboarding of new marketing tools and integrations as the stack evolves
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or fintech environments is a plus
- Experience supporting BDR or sales teams operationally is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and genuine care for data quality
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and building reports; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
- Curious and self-directed — you don’t wait to be told what needs fixing
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Collaborative team player who communicates clearly across functions
- Comfortable working across time zones and with a globally distributed team
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools (e.g., Claude/ChatGPT, Tofu, Clay) is a bonus

We are seeking 3 highly motivated individuals with a passion for healthcare and interest in medical billing to join our Apprentice Program. This 4-week program offers hands-on training in medical billing and accounts receivable.
