Affiliate Manager

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners • Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements • Monitor affiliate performance, focusing on metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality • Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI • Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization • Ensure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environments
- Solid experience working with LATAM markets
- Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners)
- Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools
- Ability to manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive performance-based growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Spanish or Portuguese as native language is highly preferred

• Own and evolve the roadmap for Content Websites and the Affiliate Platform, ensuring both deliver measurable traffic and revenue impact. • Define and prioritize initiatives that improve content performance, tracking accuracy, and partner transparency. • Collaborate with engineering, SEO, and data teams to deliver scalable, data-integrated web and affiliate solutions. • Ensure unified attribution across clicks, registrations, and deposits — connecting web analytics to financial outcomes. • Drive data-driven optimization of site rankings, offers, and conversion flows using insights and performance metrics. • Oversee integrations with affiliate data sources and maintain consistent reporting into analytics and finance systems. • Maintain governance across multi-brand environments, ensuring clean data, secure access, and standardized operations. • Translate commercial and editorial goals into clear user stories with measurable results.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the affiliate network, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering a positive work environment. • Train team members, educate affiliates, monitor affiliate performance and results, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure optimal productivity and service quality. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance affiliates' knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures. • Find and develop new affiliates, expanding the network of promoters. • Provide support to VIP partners whenever needed. • Monitor partners' performance, results, and build good relationships with all partners. • Support partners through vertical integration (i.e., managing their social media channels in cooperation with them).
