• Lead Viva Talent’s US sales from the ground up — build expansion and new-logo motions, coach a lean team, and own revenue growth with autonomy. • First 6–9 months — build the expansion playbook. The repeatable land-and-expand motion for growing our existing US accounts. • Build the net-new logo motion — including new outbound into enterprise target accounts, in close partnership with Marketing. • Build the team that runs the motion (Account Manager / Head of Sales Associate / Senior AE / other) to run the expansion playbook day-to-day. • Hire, coach, and manage a lean sales team — AEs (current team is 2 AEs), expansion sellers, RevOps. • Bridge Customer Success and Marketing to ensure consistent alignment on strategy and compounding impact on revenue growth. • Two numbers define this seat: expansion closed-won and new-sales closed-won.
• Build and ship pages in WordPress, landing, thank-you, registration, and solution pages, turning designs and raw HTML into live, on-brand pages fast turning designs and raw HTML into live, on-brand pages fast, with an eye for UX and conversion, not just pixel-matching. • Implement the flagged technical and on-page SEO fixes, protecting our SEO integrity while moving quickly. • Maintain the site - navigation, CTAs, page performance, and overall health. • Keep conversion tracking and integrations accurate and firing (GA4, GTM, HubSpot) so every paid and SEO visit is measured. This is what tells us the site is actually converting. • Build pages to convert, not just to look right. • Implement A/B tests and iterate on layouts, forms, and CTAs based on data, in partnership with marketing. • Partner closely with marketing, design, and SEO to keep launches unblocked.
• Train & Coach: Guide our EAs from foundational skills to staffable readiness through live sessions, simulations, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching. • Instructional Design: Build and update learning resources including curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other materials so they're clear, practical, and true to how Viva works. • Stakeholder & Operational Coordination: Partner closely with the Go-To-Market team to align on staffing, readiness, and performance trends. • AI & Automation: Use AI daily to work smarter, coach EAs on practical AI adoption from basics to advanced use to offer the most AI-savvy EAs to our customers, and implement automations that streamline workflows and scale learning.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts end‑to‑end, including onboarding, relationship development, retention, and growth. • Drive company growth through securing renewals, expansions, and mitigating churn risk. • Directly manage and develop a team of Executive Assistants and Recruitment Coordinators, ensuring strong performance and accountability. • Coach, provide feedback, and address performance to build a high-ownership culture. • Monitor customer health and revenue metrics (NRR) to drive decisions. • Use CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track account performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes and experience.
• Build marketing-generated pipeline for the sales team - focusing on qualified opportunities, not just lead volume • Execute and iterate on the demand generation strategy through campaigns, experiments, and funnel initiatives • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid, etc.) to drive pipeline volume and quality • Own conversion rate optimization across the funnel (website, landing pages, demo flows) • Analyze the buyer journey and identify drop-offs from traffic → lead → meeting → pipeline • Build and improve commercial / high-intent pages that drive conversion (not just educational content) • Track, analyze, and report on demand generation performance to drive better outcomes • Use funnel metrics to model performance and guide decisions (inputs → outputs)

Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep them focused on what matters most. • Administrative Support – Manage calendars, emails, meetings, expenses, travel, and team engagement to keep everything running smoothly. • Operational Support – Support internal projects, reporting, process improvements, and workflow optimization. • Use Your Voice & Take Initiative – Speak up, offer solutions, and spot problems before they surface. • Drive Business Impact – Every task you complete and every idea you share helps executives save time, clear roadblocks, and grow their companies.
• Improve candidate experience: Identify opportunities to improve the hiring journey and contribute to initiatives that enhance candidate touchpoints across communications, interview stages, and candidate resources. • Review and screen candidate applications • Drive sourcing, referral, and outreach initiatives that keep our candidate pipeline strong. • Run interviews, including our group interview called ☕️ Cafe con Viva • Keep our recruiting data and ATS organized • Identify bottlenecks and contribute to improvements in workflows, tools, and automation - brownie points if you love AI and Automation • Collaborate with our People, Sales and Customer Success teams
